Ingredients:


2 pounds perch fillets

2 tablespoons butter -- melted

2 Medium limes -- thinly sliced

1 teaspoon paprika
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place fillets, skin side down, in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish; brush with butter. Arrange limes over fillets; sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
