Preparation / Directions:combine ingredients (except fish)-mix well pour over fish cover and chill for 6-24 hours, turning occaisionally drain well, discarding marinade place fish onto a plate and place into a bamboo steamer place over boiling water and steam for 10 minutes, until tender and opaque in the thickest part of fish serve hot
