Quick Steamed Fish Filets |

Ingredients:
1 pound fish filet |
2 slices ginger finely shredded |
3 tablespoons Szechuan stir fry sauce |

Preparation / Directions:
1. Rinse fish filet and pat dry with paper towels. Place in shallow dish small enough to fit inside bamboo steamer tray.
2. Arrange shredded giner over fish and sprinkle with stir fry sauce.
3. Place plate with fish in steamer tray over rapidly boiling water and steam covered for approximately 10 minutes (exact time depends upon variety and thickness of filet) or until done.
4. Remove from steamer and serve.
