Ingredients:


1 whole fish

1 package veggies

1 bottle white wine

1 bunch herbs
 

Preparation / Directions:


Poach fish by laying it on top of a steaming pot of soup/stew which you make with cubed veggies (try: eggplant, onions, zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, etc), herbs, white wine, and water.
