Sweet And Sour Fish

Ingredients:


1/4 cup carrot -- grated

2 tablespoons vinegar

1 small tomato -- peeled and chopped

1/2 tablespoon sugar

1/4 cup green pepper -- diced

2 tablespoons water

1 pound fish fillet -- , cut in 1 inch cubes

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons ketchup
 

Preparation / Directions:


Fry fish in sprayed skillet. Combine first column ingredients in pot and simmer five minutes. Add vegetables and cook a few more minutes. Pour over fish and serve.
