Salmon Patties

I like to serve with creamed peas & potatoes.
 

Ingredients:

1 can Salmon
2 large eggs
12 pieces soda crackers
1 medium Onion, chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Drain and flake salmon.

2. Add chopped onions, eggs and crackers. Mix well.

3. Form into 4 patties.

4. Fry in sm amount of oil until lightly browned on both sides.
