Fish Tacos Ensenada Style

Ingredients:


2 pounds Fillet Fish (Preference is shark)cut in strips to fit in middle of corn tortilla.

2 cups pancake mix

1 large egg

1 can beer

1/8 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt and pepper

---Garnishes for taco

1 medium shredded cabbage

2 medium tomatoes chopped fine with green onions

---special sauce

1 cup mayonnaise diluted with milk to make a dressing like substance
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a bowl add pancake mix all ingredients except beer. Add beer slowly until batter is smooth not watery you want it to stick to fish. Dip each peice of washed fish in batter then deep fry.
