Ingredients:

6 large Hard-cooked eggs -- peeled

3 tablespoons Mayonnaise -- salad

1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard

1/8 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

1/2 cup Finely shredded cheese -- (2 ounces)

2 tablespoons Chopped fresh -- Parsley or 1 ts Prep

Preparation / Directions:

With their mayonnaise binding, be sure to keep Deviled Eggs chilled-in. Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Slip out egg yolks and mash with fork. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, cheese and parsley or horseradish Fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly. Arrange eggs on large serving plate. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Deviled Eggs are not eggs with bad character. They are spicy stuffed eggs that get their name from the term to devil, meaning to season with warming spices and condiment making them devilishly good. These eggs are great at the buffet table and always welcome at picnics, sports events and anywhere else people want easy, portable food.
