Ingredients:


4 medium cold boiled potatoes

3 tablespoons bacon fat

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cut the potatoes into tiny cubes and cook in bacon fat with the seasonings for 5 minutes. Beat the eggs slightly and add the milk, then pour over the potatoes. Cook slowly until set, fold, and turn on to a hot plate.
