Toasted Almond Eggnog Ice Cream

Ingredients:


2 cups heavy cream -- cold

1 3/4 cups Eggnog cold

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup sliced almonds -- toasted
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly. Stir in almonds. Pour into ice cream maker. Makes a quart and works great in the Krups Ice Cream Maker.
