Ingredients:


2 cups mashed potato

1/3 cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup farina

1 large egg

2 teaspoons milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a mixer bowl beat on a medium speed for 1-2 minutes, scraping bowl often form into 1-inch balls drop into hot broth and simmer for 15 minutes remove dumplings with a slotted spoon as they float serve hot
