Mixed Bean Soup With Cornmeal Dumplings

Ingredients:

15 1/2 Ounces Black Beans -- rinse/drain
15 1/2 Ounces Kidney Beans -- rinse/drain
15 1/2 Ounces Garbanzo Beans -- rinse/drain
14 1/2 Ounces Tomatoes -- crushed
1 Medium Onion -- chopped
1 Package Frozen Mixed Vegetables
4 Cloves garlic
14 1/2 Ounces Chicken Broth
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Parsley -- dried
 

Preparation / Directions:

Combine stuff in crock-pot. Cover; cook on Low 8 to 10 hours (High: 4 to 5 horus]. At end of cooking turn crock-pot to High and prepare dumplings as directed.
