Bread Stuffing Or Dressing

Ingredients:


4 cups dry bread cubes -- (3 slices)

1 medium onion -- chopped

1 clove garlic -- (1/2 tsp powder)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram -- (or oregano)

1 cup celery -- chopped (3 stalks)

2 tablespoons parsley leaves -- or 2 tsp dry

1 cup hot water or turkey broth

3/4 teaspoon ground sage

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme -- or 1/4 tsp

1/8 teaspoon basil optional
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a bowl, toss to mix well. Stuff into a 10-pound turkey or 4 Cornish hens. 4-6 servings.
