Preparation / Directions:In blender container, combine water and cottage cheese. Cover; blend at high speed 4 seconds. Add remaining ingredients. Cover, blend until smooth-about 10 seconds. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with crackers, chips or vegetables. Makes 2 cups.
