Bean And Garlic Dip

Ingredients:


2 cups pinto beans

1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

1 clove garlic finely chopped

1 1/2 teaspoons red chiles; ground

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


* Pinto beans can be home cooked or canned. Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups of dip.
