Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:1. Puree all ingrediants in a blender, slowly adding the chick peas last.
2. Add additional tahini and/or lemon juice to taste, if necessary.
3. Spread on a serving platter and lightly drizzle with olive oil and garnish. Serve at room temperature with pita bread for dipping.
Difficulty : very easy. Precision : measure ingredients.
