Rich and Healthy Hummus

A dip to drop your cucumbers, carrots etc.or to spread on breads
 

Ingredients:


1 Cup chickpea flour

2 teaspoons flaxseed

2 teaspoons raisin seed crushed

1/2 Cup tahini (sugarless)

1 teaspoon hot chilli peppers (deribed and crushed)

2 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoons lemon juice

1 Cup peanuts crushed grilled (with shell)

4 cloves garlic
 

Preparation / Directions:


Turn 5-10 minutes chickpea flour in a hot pan to make tham cooked taste.When colled, add tahini and lemon juices and spices and than mix all ingredients to make a thick dip.Wait 1-2 hours(to male the all ingredients tastes comes out)
