Ingredients:


2 fillets smoked trout

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 medium onion

2 tablespoons fresh cream

1 teaspoon paprika
 

Preparation / Directions:


Bone fish and remove skin. Place in food processor with the rest of the ingredients.
