Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:


1/4 cup fish sauce -- (nuoc nam)

2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1/4 cup water

2 tablespoons sugar

1 clove garlic -- pressed

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all the ingredients together until the sugar is dissolved.
