Ingredients:


1/2 cup picante sauce

1/4 cup sour cream

3/4 cup ricotta cheese

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes, until well blended (or place in a medium-sized bowl and mix well by hand). Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Yield: 1 1/4 cups
