Lobster Dip

Ingredients:


1 cup fresh cooked lobster meat -- cut into pieces

8 ounces cream cheese -- softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise -- not miracle whip

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

2 cloves garlic -- pressed

2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions -- finely chopped

1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


With an electric mixer beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic. Stir in lobster meat, green onions, salt and pepper; mix well. Refrigerate overnight and serve with vegetables or crackers.
