Ingredients:


10 pounds avocados about 20

3/4 pound black olives -- chopped

1/2 cup green onion -- sliced

3/4 cup lime juice

1/2 cup salsa

1 1/2 tablespoons salt -- (to taste)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mash avocados. Combine rest of ingredients. Add additional Salsa or seasonings as desired.
