Lime Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:


1/2 cup lime juice -- fresh

6 tablespoons fish sauce

6 tablespoons water

2 tablespoons sugar

3 cloves garlic

2 medium red chili peppers -- seeded, minced
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix ingredients together. Let stand 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving. Serve with Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls. Makes 1 1/3 cup.
