Jalapeno Bean Dip

Ingredients:


1 small onion -- (small) chopped

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

16 ounces refried beans

1/4 pound cheddar cheese -- shredded

1 can jalapeno chiles -- (4 ounce) drained, -- chopped

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Sauté‚ onions in butter; add other ingredients and stir over low heat. Serve warm with corn chips or tostadas.
