Great Chinese Mustard

Ingredients:


1 cup brown mustard

4 tablespoons cilantro -- chopped

8 teaspoons water

4 teaspoons sesame oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Stir all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill overnight to allow flavors to blend. To serve, bring to room temperature. Makes 1 cup.
