Ingredients:


1/2 cup brown sugar -- firmly packed

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup assorted fresh fruit -- in bite size pieces
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine sugar, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg; set aside. Beat heavy cream until stiff. Gently fold spice mixture into cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with fruit. Yield: 1 cup.
