Feta-Dill Dip

Ingredients:


1/2 cup light cream cheese -- softened

1 cup feta cheese -- crumbled

3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives -- or

3 tablespoons chopped green onion tops

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice -- (to 2 1/2)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill -- or

1 teaspoon dried dill

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 large yellow bell pepper -- for serving
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients except bell pepper in a medium bowl. Mix well. Cover; chill 30 minutes or up to 8 hours before serving. Slice top off yellow bell pepper and remove and discard seeds. Fill pepper with dip.
