Dijon Tofu Dip

Ingredients:


16 ounces tofu block -- drained

2 tablespoons soy sauce -- low sodium

4 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon horseradish -- powder

1 teaspoon dill weed

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

2 cloves garlic

4 tablespoons coriander leaves -- chopped fresh
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Add a little water if necessary for ease in preparation. HELPFUL HINTS: This makes quite a large amount of dip. It keeps well in the refrigerator. Makes a delicious topping for baked potatoes.
