Curried Dip

Ingredients:


4 ounces light cream cheese -- softened

1/3 cup mango chutney*

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

1 teaspoon curry powder

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 large red bell pepper -- for serving
 

Preparation / Directions:


*Chop up any large pieces of mango. Combine ingredients in medium bowl. Mix well. Cover; chill 30 minutes or up to 8 hours before serving. Cut top off red pepper and discard seeds. Fill with dip for serving.
