Preparation / Directions:Squeeze spinach until dry. Stir together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Cut top from French bread and remove bread from inside to make a bowl for the dip. Use removed bread, cubed, for dippers or use crisp vegetables or crackers.
