Carlos and Charlie's Tuna Dip

Ingredients:


14 ounces tuna -- undrained

6 ounces jalapenos -- undrained

1 medium onion -- diced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 bunch cilantro

1 package tortilla chips
 

Preparation / Directions:
