Ingredients:


1 pound ground round

1/2 cup onion

1 teaspoon garlic

1 cup tomato sauce

1/4 cup catsup

3/4 teaspoon ground oregano

1 teaspoon sugar

1/3 cup parmesan cheese

8 ounces cream cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine beef, onions, and garlic in a skillet, over a moderate flame heat and stir to lightly brown beef, drain well add tomato sauce, catsup, oregano, and sugar-mix well bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes skim off fat, remove from heat stir in parmesan and cream cheese serve warm
