Preparation / Directions:makes about 1 quart
In small skillet, melt butter and saute celery, onion and mushrooms. Stir in flour. Turn into lightly greased Crock-Pot; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on High, stirring about every 15 minutes, until cheese is melted. Turn to Low for about 2 to 4 hours or until ready to serve. Serve hot with corn chips, raw cauliflowerets, carrot strips, celery chunks and radishes.
