Ingredients:


2 teaspoons unsalted butter

2 teaspoons flour

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/8 teaspoon white pepper

1 cup milk

2 teaspoons prepared mustard
 

Preparation / Directions:


heat butter in a small saucepan, over a medium flame whisk in flour, heat and stir for 2-3 minutes season with salt and pepper add milk, all at once heat and stir until thickened remove from heat stir in mustard serve hot or warm
