Green Onion Dip - Mom's

Ingredients:


24 ounces cottage cheese -- small curd

8 ounces sour cream

6 ounces philadelphia cream cheese

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon garlic salt

1 tablespoon onion salt

1 tablespoon celery seed

2 tablespoons parsley flakes

1/4 cup green onion -- chopped very fine

1/4 cup milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients except milk and chill overnight. Add milk and stir just before serving. Serve with your choice of chips or crackers. Notes: This goes great as a garnish for hamburgers. Use instead of onions and mayonnaise. You can substitute one package of Green Onion Dip mix for the garlic/onion/celery salt.
