Fruit With Pear-Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:


8 ounces pear nectar

2 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon honey

1/4 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 medium apple

1 medium banana

8 ounces pineapple chunks

1 medium pear

8 medium strawberry

1 medium melon

1 pint cherry

1 pint seedless grapes

1 package frilled toothpicks
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine nectar and cornstarch in a small saucepan, over a medium-low flame stir in honey and lemon zest heat and stir until slightly thickened remove from heat, cool combine cooled mixture, mayonnaise, and yogurt in a mixing bowl beat on low speed, until fluffy cover and chill for 4-24 hours skewer fruit and chunks with toothpicks arrange on a serving platter serve slightly chilled, with chilled dip to the side
