Fresh Herb Dip 2

Ingredients:


1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese -- 1%

1 clove garlic

2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill -- or

1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a food processor or blender, combine yogurt and cottage cheese until smooth. Stir in garlic, horseradish, parsley, and dill. Add a generous grinding of pepper. Chill before serving. (Makes about 11/2 cups (354 ml)) Per 2-tablespoon (30 ml) serving:
