Fresh Herb Dip 1

Ingredients:


3/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup raw spinach -- lightly packed

1/2 cup fresh parsley -- lightly packed

1/4 cup fresh basil -- lightly packed

1 medium green onion -- cut into pieces
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Place sour cream, mayonnaise and salt in a blender. 2. Add spinach, parsley, basil and onion and blend on medium for about 30 seconds or until leaves are finely chopped. 3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour but no longer than two days. Serve with raw vegetables.
