Chow Chow Chile Dip

Ingredients:


28 ounces canned tomatoes

1 cup onion

2 tablespoons garlic

1/4 cup parsley

6 whole green chiles

1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients in a food processor pulse to chop fine and mix well cover and chill for 2-96 hours serve at room temperature or slightly chilled, with chips
