Preparation / Directions:Chop and mash the anchovy fillets on a cutting board. Put in a bowl and blend in the mayonnaise. Add mustard, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice and blend well. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill.
