Spinach Dip - 3

Ingredients:

250 milliliters sour cream
250 milliliters mayonnaise
250 grams water chestnuts -- drained and diced
5 milliliters green onions -- chopped (with tops)
300 grams cooked spinach -- drained well
1 package Knorr dry vegetable soup mix -- (a Swiss import)
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Mix everything together and refrigerate overnight. 2. Stir again before serving. Author's Notes: People like this dip. It's a hit a parties. It is good to dip vegetables into, or to spread on cracker
