The flan is a mexican pastry and is very creamy kind of like the creme brulee it is delicious and VERY easy to make I make it all the time for my family I love to make desserts.
 

Ingredients:


1 can Sweet candied milk

2 cans Evaporated milk

5 large eggs
 

Preparation / Directions:


Blend all 3 ,water bath oven 2 hours
