Ladylock Squares


1 packages Pepperage Farms Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets
---Icing Filling:
1 Cup sugar (splenda)
1/2 Cup crisco
1/2 Cup butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoons vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon juice (opt)
1/2 Cup milk (lactaid)

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat oven to 350* Let pastry thaw for 1/2 hour, fold open. Cut into 1 inch squares. Place onto cookie sheet. Bake 25 min. or till golden brown. Remove from sheet onto paper towels to absorb grease. Cool completely. For Icing: Put all ingrediants in a large bowl. Beat at high speed till fluffy. Open each square with a knife and put 1 tsp of filling in each. Put tops back on and dust with powdered sugar. Pie filling may also be used. These freeze well!
