1 cup pitted black olives -- halved
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can green chiles -- drained
1 bunch green onion -- chopped
3 large eggs
3/4 cup biscuit mix
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano

Preparation / Directions:

Place olives, cheese, chilies and onions in bottom of greased 9-inch pie plate. Combine eggs, biscuit mix, milk and seasonings in blender; blend 15 seconds on high. Pour egg mixture over ingredietns in pie plate. Bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until set. Serve with salsa and picante sauce, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
