Mango-Habanero Icecream

Ingredients:


2 medium dried habaneros puree in a blender with

1 medium peeled and pitted mango.

1/2 gallon softened ice cream.
 

Preparation / Directions:


Instead of dried habaneros, I used fresh 'preserved' in vodka. I was lucky enough to find some in London recently, chopped them up and covered them with vodka. Thanks to whoever recommended this a while ago. I used dairy-free icecream, worked f
