Crockpot Tapioca

Ingredients:


1 cup large pearl tapioca

4 cups water

3 cups brown sugar

1 pinches salt

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

1 cup walnuts -- chopped

1 cup whipped cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


In crock pot, place tapioca and; soak overnight. In the morning, add brown sugar and stir, and add salt, stir, and cover. Set on low for 12 hours or so. Transfer to a large bowl; add vanilla and walnuts and mix. Cover with whipped cream and sprinkle walnuts on top, or serve hot over vanilla ice cream.
