Ingredients:


1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin

1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate -- thawed

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 dash salt

1/2 cup nonfat dry milk

1/2 cup cold water

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Soften gelatin in orange juice concentrate; dissolve gelatin mixture over hot water. 2. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, vanilla and salt. 3. Using well-chilled bowl and beaters, beat dry milk and water until soft peaks form; add lemon juice and beat until stiff. 4. Fold in orange juice mixture; cover and freeze overnight.
