Preparation / Directions:Trim off all fat on the meat and cut into narrow, long strips with the grain. Combine the ingredients. Marinate meat in sauce for 1 day. Put into dehydrator for 10 to 12 hours to dry at 145 degrees. Jerky should bend, but not break when dry.
