Jerky (Deer Or Beef)

Ingredients:


1 pound meat

4 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon ketchup

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion salt

4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tablespoon pepper -- (1/4 to 1)

1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cut meat into thin slices, the thinner the better. Marinate in mixture of remaining ingredients overnight. Put in dehydrator on 145 degrees for approximately 12 hours or until good and dry or crisp. This can also be done in an oven at 145 degrees. The more black pepper, the spicier.
