Fruit Leather(Fruit Roll-Ups)

Ingredients:


1 bunch fruit -- (washed and pitted)

1 tablespoons honey -- (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Wash and pit fruit. Puree in blender. If desired add sweetening (1 tablespoon honey to 1 cup puree). Line cookie sheet with Saran Wrap and spread with puree. Place in sun, oven or dehydrator to dry. (If you place on rack, place as high as possible; temperature 150 degrees). While fruit is still warm, ease it from Saran Wrap and roll the loosened leather in the plastic wrap and store in paper sacks or jars.
